ePortfolios, planners and record of achievements have inspired a number of different uses in schools. Here's how Bishops Blue Coat use theirs...

**What they were looking for:**

- A way to keep track of student progress.

- Evidence of written feedback & dialogue between teachers and students.

- Each student up to Yr10 to have their own space to capture their achievements.

**How ePortfolios met their needs:**

- The ePortfolios were created simply by using a using a template which could then be shared with each student.

- Class teachers had overall visibility and governance over the students' pages.

- Students could maintain their own ePortfolio, adding files, posting comments to walls and uploading to timelines.
