Last summer Tormead School got in touch to ask about our FrogAcademy Appraisal system. They were looking for a system with minimal set up requirements that could be up and running for the start of term. Helen Stevens, Assistant Head: T&L, worked with Graham Quince to establish the essentials for the performance reviews of senior school staff.
This had only been in place for a couple of months when Tormead Prep School contacted us and asked if we could support their arrangement too.

The system was set up for the senior school staff, and upon this success, the prep school staff reached out for support, showcasing the ease of implementation.

The Appraisal System allows for the centralised administration of the staff CPD, minimising duplication of effort and ensuring access to relevant information for everyone.
No extra logins
Users log in using their existing Frog credentials, streamlining access without the need for additional login information.
Paperless Process
The system eliminates the need for paper preparation before appraisal meetings, so there’s no worry about evidence going missing. Users can upload evidence throughout the year, creating a digital evidence log that promotes ongoing dialogue with line managers.
Multiple Templates
Line managers can create and manage multiple versions of the appraisal template, tailoring them to specific objectives for different staff members.
