If you didn’t know by now, Frog is incredibly versatile and flexible! Over the years, we've found all sorts of ways to make the most of the Sites feature in different settings.
Recently, Frederick Gough School got in touch to see if we could help them set up a way for students to book appointments for their school’s counselling service. With a few clever tweaks, we repurposed our existing 'Parents Evening Booking Form' and tailored it to fit their needs—making it easy, seamless, and most importantly, confidential for students seeking support.
Thanks to Frog’s flexibility, the school can also customise the site by adding links to external support services and a handy FAQ page, giving students quick access to extra guidance and resources.
Since the system is built using Sites, admins or designated staff can be added to a secure group, ensuring total confidentiality when receiving and managing form submissions.
And because Frog is already part of everyday school life, a simple link on the student dashboard means booking a personal meeting is just a click away!
