Year 9 Options Made Easy

With Year 9 students soon to choose their Key Stage 4 options, have you explored our Options portal template yet?

This site should be considered an online booklet and is designed to make the selection process seamless for you and engaging for the students.

Each subject can have its own dedicated page, which can be as interactive as you like, complete with key questions and career information.

How does it work?

Using Rules allows you to control who can complete the options form and when they can do so. All the responses are easily accessible via the site's data viewer and can be downloaded to a spreadsheet for convenience in the next steps at your school.

But that's not all – you can take the Rules feature even further by creating tailored forms for different pathways. This ensures that students only see the options relevant to them, streamlining the process and reducing confusion.
