Mental Health Awareness Week is an important opportunity for schools to focus on wellbeing and student support. But it also lands just as many students are heading into exams – when pressure is already building.

This can be a challenging point in the school year, with students trying to manage both emotional stress and assessment demands at the same time.

To support this, we’ve created a simple site with light-touch wellbeing tools and reassurance. It’s designed to be easy for students to use, without adding extra pressure or workload.

The aim is to give schools something practical they can offer during a busy period, with quick check-ins, a clear and simple design, and content that helps build confidence alongside short reset activities.

It’s not intended to replace existing pastoral systems, but to sit alongside them, offering an accessible, low-friction, private space for students during this key time.

Mental Health Awareness Week starts the conversation around student wellbeing. This helps you carry it through the weeks that follow, as exam pressure builds.
