The senior team at Finham Park Multi Academy Trust (FPMAT) had a clear vision. They took the decision to co-construct a curriculum, engaging people at all levels within their schools, and in doing so, started a collaborative movement. This approach needed to be supported with robust systems and centralised processes that would enable multiple stakeholders to communicate with each other and share information.
