To ensure your Frog platform works as smoothly as possible in the new academic year, here’s a quick reminder of the tasks you should work through on your platform: 

**Assignments** & **Markbooks **  
**Assessment Cycles** & **Periods **  
**Users** & **Groups**  
**ePortfolios **  
**Sites **  
**Noticeboards **

 

 Cleaning out old users and groups is especially beneficial when staff are assigning work or searching for users, as it keeps lists accurate and reduces the chance of selecting the wrong person. Removing students who are no longer on roll helps ensure your data remains relevant and in line with good data management practices.
